The Auryon laser is approved for atherectomy in infrainguinal arteries, in-stent restenosis, and for aspiration of thrombus adjacent to stenosis as a secondary peripheral indication. Our technology is well-published and studied for it’s safety and effectiveness in peripheral arteries due to it’s unique ability to only target disease while not harming healthy arterial layers. The Auryon laser has 3 methods of action: 1. Debulking mixed-morphology disease, 2. Aspirating disease and thrombus adjacent to stenoses, and 3. Cracking medial arterial calcium below the knee. We have also recently released radial length laser catheters to round out PAD practices’ ability to treat all comers needing critical PAD therapy.
